Blaise also continues to assist clients with a range of estate litigation matters including family provision claims, contested probate and will validity claims and estate administration disputes.
Blaise is experienced in identifying and navigating the many issues that may arise for both parties when negotiating the division of property as well as those relating to a contested estate matter.
