Terms & Conditions of Service
General
- We act on behalf of Solicitors and their respective law firms only.
- We will use our best endeavours to report to you on the same day as our appearance, but cannot guarantee this will occur.
- No refunds of any payments are made under any circumstances.
- If your instructions are inadequate or unprofessional, we will communicate same to you as soon as practicable. We reserve the right to withdraw our services in these circumstances. Your tax invoice will remain due and payable with respect to our costs of seeking your further instructions and advising you accordingly.
Matters Requiring Appearance / Solicitor’s Attendance including Solicitor reviewing documents at Court
- The price of $450.00 (excl. GST) is for the first hour only. If the matter exceeds one (1) hour, you will be charged at our hourly rate of $450.00 (excl. GST) thereafter at six (6) minute increments.
- You will receive an invoice at the time we advise you of the outcome of your matter, or soon thereafter. You agree to pay our invoice within seven (7) days of the date of the invoice.
Administrative Services
- The $120.00 (excl. GST) administration fee per hour is for our attendance/engagement.
- In additional to the administration fee, you will be charged:
- $0.80 (excl. GST) per page copied or $0.90 (excl. GST) per colour page,
- $0.80 (excl. GST) per page scanned,
- All postal services may incur additional costs which you agree to pay within seven (7) days of the date of an invoice.
