About the Role
This role suits a confident and capable Family Lawyer who can manage a file from start to finish—initial client meeting through to final resolution, including court appearances. You will work within a high-performing team led by an exceptional Senior Associate who is known for mentoring and delivering strong outcomes.
You will have:
- 3+ years post-admission experience in Family Law
- Experience in both parenting and property matters
- Courtroom and advocacy experience
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- A genuine desire to develop, grow, and contribute

Delaney Roberts Specialist Family Lawyers is a growing, specialist Family Law firm with one of the largest Family Law teams outside of Sydney. We have been growing our presence in Sydney for the past 3 years and now have an established office in the CBD with a team of Associate Solicitors, support staff and strong flow of new clients. We are now looking for a Senior Lawyer with strong leadership potential to help shape the future of our Sydney practice.

About You
You are an experienced Family Lawyer who thrives on challenge, connection and contribution. You are looking for more than just a role—you want the opportunity to lead, build lasting relationships, and enjoy a career with purpose and progression.
You will bring:
- 8+ years PAE, with a focus on Family Law
- Experience in both parenting and property matters
- Advocacy experience in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
- Established referral relationships and a presence in the Sydney market
- A desire to mentor others and help build a strong team
- Specialist Accreditation (or a desire to obtain it)
- Initiative, leadership and a drive to deliver an exceptional client experience
