She assists separated individuals and families with the timely execution of essential Estate Planning strategies and represents both claimants and Executors of deceased estates in relation to Family Provision Claims in the Supreme Court.
Rebecca is a key member of Delaney Roberts Family Lawyers’Wills & Estate services team. She works closely with clients in relation to their Estate Planning needs as well as assisting clients after the death of a family member or friend. Rebecca assists clients dealing with the death of a loved one to navigate the Court process of dealing with an Estate and the administration of Estates generally whether that administration is straight forward or complex and contentious
Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in the UK and completed the Legal Profession Admission Board’s Diploma in Law for overseas-qualified lawyers and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW. Rebecca is currently completing a Masters in Wills & Estates and Estate Planning.
In her spare time Rebecca enjoys quality time with her young children as well as standup paddle boarding, going to the gym and socialising with family and friends.
