Since joining our team, Olivia has worked closely with Director, Anna Roberts, in assisting clients with all aspects of Parenting and Property separation including Recovery and Contravention Applications and Binding Financial Agreements.

Olivia has worked primarily in Family Law since the commencement of her legal career, and her experience in a general practice firm has given her a strong understanding of other areas of law that commonly intersect with Family Law, including Criminal, Estate and Property Law.

Olivia always strives to assist clients to resolve their Parenting and Property matters without the need to commence Court proceedings, though is experienced in helping clients to navigate the Court system, where necessary.

Olivia understands that separation is one of the most difficult times in a clients’ life, and strives to alleviate their stress by being accessible to her clients and providing timely communication ensuring they are informed throughout each stage of their matter

Olivia translates her legal knowledge into clear, pragmatic and timely advice to position her clients to make well-informed decisions towards the best possible outcomes for themselves and their families.

Qualifications

Olivia graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) with Distinction, a Bachelor of Laws with Honours Class II Division 1, and a Diploma of Legal Practice.

Olivia is admitted to practice as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
