Peeraya has practised predominantly in Family Law since the commencement of her legal career.

Prior to joining Delaney Roberts Family Lawyers, Peeraya worked in the public sector and  for several years as an Associate at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, where she gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and Court processes.

Following her time at the Court, Peeraya worked as a Solicitor in the Family Law Department  of a well-recognised firm, where she gained significant experience in conducting Final Hearings in both property and parenting matters, as well as preparing successful Appeals before the Full Court.

Peeraya works with clients across complex parenting and property disputes, bringing a strategic and well-prepared approach to achieving practical and effective outcomes.

Peeraya combines legal insight with a grounded, pragmatic approach, ensuring her clients feel both supported and confidently represented at every stage of their matter.

She takes a grounded and strategic approach, working to progress matters efficiently while avoiding unnecessary conflict wherever possible. Her experience within the Court system allows her to anticipate how matters are likely to unfold and guide her clients accordingly.

Peeraya is committed to achieving outcomes that are both commercially sensible and aligned with her clients’ long-term interests, while ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

Qualifications

Peeraya graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of International Studies (International Relations) with distinction, and a Diploma of Legal Practice.

During her studies at university, Peeraya made the Dean’s Merit List for high achieving students in Law.

Peeraya is admitted to practice as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
