Brooke is a Solicitor in our Family Law team who is committed to helping clients achieve favourable outcomes in a range of parenting and property disputes.

She has pursued a career spanning both Family Law and Wills and Estates Law, her former role being a paralegal in our Wills and Estates division. This dual expertise uniquely positions her to navigate the intricate connections between Wills and Estates Law and Family Law, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients.

Brooke understands that separation is often one of the most difficult times in a client’s life and where possible, aims to ensure that clients attain a resolution to their family law matter in a cost effective and timely manner.


Brooke’s approach prioritises accessibility and clear communication, striving to ease the stress of separation by keeping clients’ informed at every step.

This commitment ensures that her clients remain well-informed of the options available to them throughout their legal proceedings, including a clear understanding of their likely outcome, empowering them to make informed decisions.


Brooke graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Social Science (Criminology), Bachelor of Laws with Honours Class II, Division II, and a Diploma of Legal Practice.

Brooke is admitted to practice as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
