Kaya specialises in significant property settlements where there are investment assets, financial ties in business interests, Self Managed Super Funds and intersecting commercial issues.
Kaya has worked exclusively in Family Law for the majority of her career. Prior to this, Kaya spent several years in a general practice firm, which now provides her with invaluable knowledge in relation to legal areas that overlap with Family Law, including Estates, Commercial and Criminal Law.
Kaya has assisted clients in every aspect of separation, including separation of financial affairs including business interests, family violence, relocation and binding financial agreement both before/during the marriage and after separation.
With a background in Social Science, Kaya demonstrates a high level of interpersonal skills and knowledge.
